  • You join a Session on RealBridge.

  • You enter an event or competition that we organise.
  • A bridge event organiser provides data to be used in configuring a Session on RealBridge.

Real Bridge Games Ltd collects your data so that we can:

  • Operate bridge Sessions played on the RealBridge platform.
  • Operate events and competitions.
  • Send you information that you have requested regarding the RealBridge platform, demonstrations, practice sessions, etc.
  • Provide support at your request.
  • Display, publish and distribute results of bridge sessions, events, and competitions.
  • Supply results to the event organiser.
  • Collate and analyse results in order to identify behaviour that may contravene the rules of the event or the Real Bridge Games Ltd Terms and Conditions.
  • Convey collated results or analysis to the event organiser and to such bridge organisations as Real Bridge Games Ltd may consider appropriate.
  • Carry out statistical analysis.

Data is stored securely in the UK unless otherwise noted below.

Real Bridge Games Ltd retains results from Sessions during and after the Session. We will keep your name, ID and results indefinitely. The data is stored securely on the relevant game-server, which may be in the UK, the EU or Australia, depending on the location of the Session.

Contact information that you send us requesting information, demonstrations, practice sessions, etc, or for entering an event or competition, may be retained for our records, but is not used for any other purpose unless you have given us permission to do so.

Real Bridge Games Ltd stores account, contractual and contact information relating to its customers permanently. The data is available only to the customer and to Real Bridge Games Ltd.

Real Bridge Games Ltd stores membership data supplied by bridge organisations continuously. The complete data is available only to Real Bridge Games Ltd. The data is stored securely on the relevant game-server.
