Social bridge or matches can be arranged via clubs and other bridge organisations.
You and your friends can book a table, for a session, and play up to 32 boards, at the clubs listed below. These are hosted games, in the sense that they are organised by the club manager, at set times.
Your game is just for you and your friends. You can arrange to swap partnerships or players. The table is there for your party. At any moment in time there can only be 4 persons at the table.
For matches, it works in a similar way. Book a session, telling the provider that you want to play a match. They will ask you for information like the date and time, total number of boards, boards in each set, the names of the captains, etc.
The session will be just for your match.
