Hybrid Pair Game, January 2025 - Joining the RealBridge session

To join the RealBridge session:

Use a computer (laptop or desktop) or a tablet. You can’t play on a phone - please don't try to.

You will be emailed your personal link to the RealBridge session. The club will also have a non-personalised link, so if you didn't get the link by email you'll still be able to play.

If you used your personal link from an email:

• Click the link.
• You will be taken to the RealBridge login page for the correct session.
• Your name and ID number will already be populated.
• Click Login.
• You will be taken directly to your seat.

If you used a non-personalised link:

• Click the link.
• Fill in your name. Use your first name and last name, eg "John Smith". You can leave the ID number blank.
• You may be take directly to your seat, or you may arrive in the lobby of the RealBridge session.
• If you're in the lobby, find your partner and sit opposite them.
• If it looks like your seat is already occupied, with your name in grey, that just means that a seat has been reserved for you under a slightly different spelling of your name. Ask the director for help by typing in the chat box.

Once you are in your seat, either you or your partner should load your convention card. For instructions about how to do this, see https://realbridge.online/loading-system-cards/

If you need help with anything, ask one of the helpers at the venue, or talk to the Director via the RealBridge interface. To talk to the Director:

• If you're at a table, click the Director button.
• If you're in the lobby, you can just type in the chat box there - the Director will be in the lobby.
